SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with e-MarketBay. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States and select European countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@e-marketbay.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and your chosen shipping method. No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is the exact amount you will be charged.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:
- United States: 5 to 10 business days (standard), 2 to 4 business days (express if available)
- Europe: 7 to 14 business days (standard), 3 to 7 business days (express if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order in real time via our Track Order page at e-marketbay.com/apps/parcelpanel or directly on the carrier's website.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
e-MarketBay is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at contact@e-marketbay.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
